I received my BSN from Nova Southeastern University and began my RN career in the ICU. Soon after, I decided to pursue a more autonomous role and expand my experience beyond the hospital setting. I received my Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Miami. At UM, I enrolled in the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine (at the Miller School of Medicine) where I learned about Functional, Integrative, and Complementary Medicine.
